Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Late QA Supervisor to monitor and validate collection activities, identify process improvements, and ensure adherence to standard processes. You will lead a team, manage staffing and performance, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Role focuses on ensuring fair customer experience, handling difficult disputes, and driving measurable performance through disciplined QA and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Assist in validation of difficult dispute scenarios.
• Report daily, weekly and monthly team performances.

• Oversee wellness and development of team members.
• Assist in candidate promotion and onboarding.
• Ensure disciplinary actions for performance or behavior outliers.
• Conduct random auditing to ensure quality of analysts.
• Create CCR files for process changes.

About The Job

The Late QA Supervisor's role is to monitor, measure, and validate collection activities and to spot areas that need improvement to further enhance the current collection processes and increase performance. The role is made to determine compliance of collectors according to Collections standard processes and functions.

What You'll Do

• Take charge in proactively spearheading projects related to process improvements


• Fostering unity, harmony and camaraderie within the team.


• Manage equal manpower distribution based on FTE


• Ensures that current processes are based on preferred customer experience standards with fairness.


• Assist in further validation of difficult dispute scenarios.


• Report and submit teams' daily, weekly and monthly performances related


• Ensures good working relationship with stakeholders


• A people manager who consistently oversees the holistic wellness of his people. From nurturing them with the knowledge, guiding them through their tasks, conducting follow ups and evaluations until they reach their internal developmental goals.


• Assist in finding qualified candidates for promotion and onboarding them with the dynamics and culture of the team.


• Ensure that proper disciplinary action is given to performance or behavior outliers among the team.


• Conduct random auditing to ensure the quality of work of our analysts.


• Create CCR files for process changes.
