Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Financial Analyst to support monthly accounting closing, prepare and analyze financial reports, and reconcile portfolio transactions. The role involves working with the data warehouse to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

• Open for fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience.
• Ability to structure problems well and cooperate with different departments.
• Proficient in Oracle SQL, Excel analytical functions, pivots and macros.
• Analytical mind, problem solving, well organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills with peers and senior level colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly closing of financial accounts and ensure accuracy.
• Provide reports and analyses to supervisor, top management, and HQ.
• Supply financial data, reports and analyses inside and outside the department.
• Reconcile general ledger transactions and ensure auditor readiness.
• Investigate and resolve data warehouse issues affecting data quality.

Job description

The Financial Analyst provides support on the monthly accounting closing, prepare and analyze financial reports, reconciles portfolio business transactions, and investigate data warehouse issues.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of monthly closing of financial accounts related to the revenue stream of the company.
• Provide report and analysis to immediate supervisor, other top management, and HQ to support decision making.
• Provide financial data support, reports and analysis inside and outside the department.
• Reconcile general ledger transactions and ensuring compliance with auditors
• Investigate and resolve any data warehouse issues that may affect the quality and reliability of financial data.

What You Need To Have

• Open for fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience
• Ability to structure problem well and co-operate with different departments
• Technical skills in Oracle SQL, Excel Analytical Functions, Pivots, Macros. Etc.
• Analytical mind, problem solving, well organized and can be trusted to pay attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with peers and more senior level
