You will develop CRM strategies, analyze customer data, create segments, and measure campaign performance. The role emphasizes data accuracy, privacy compliance, and cross-functional collaboration across platforms.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CRM strategies to boost acquisition, cross-sell, engagement, and loyalty.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for marketing and sales.
• Create customer segments based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data to improve personalization.
• Track, analyze, and report on CRM campaign performance with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, risk, and IT to ensure CRM integration across platforms.
• Maintain and enhance CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and usability.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities within the CRM system to improve efficiency.

Job description

The primary role is managing and optimizing the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The Senior CRM Analyst will work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through advanced analytics and insights.

What You'll Do:

• CRM Strategy & Optimization: Develop, implement, and optimize CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition, xsell, engagement and loyalty.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for improved marketing and sales strategies.
• Segmentation & Targeting: Create customer segments based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data to improve personalization and campaign performance.
• Campaign Performance Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, providing actionable recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, risk and IT teams to ensure seamless CRM integration across various platforms and channels.
• System Management: Maintain and enhance CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and usability for all stakeholders.
• Automation & Efficiency: Identify and implement automation opportunities within the CRM system to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Customer Journey Mapping: Develop insights into customer journeys and lifecycle marketing, leveraging data to improve user experience and retention.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure CRM activities align with data privacy regulations and industry best practices.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in analytical role
• Experience working with online products
• Coding knowledge regardless language
