Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Quality Management, or related field.
• Experience in QC/QA, operations, onboarding, audit, or process improvement; e-commerce/logistics experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable handling operational data.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in SOP development, automation, or process improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QC/QA checks on merchant onboarding and account setup before activation.
• Validate merchant information, location, service areas, account configuration, menu, images, and other setup requirements.
• Identify, document, track, and revalidate issues until resolution.
• Monitor QC/QA metrics, findings, SLAs, and overall quality performance.
• Analyze recurring issues and root causes; recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain QC/QA checklists, SOPs, trackers, dashboards, and audit documentation.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization to improve quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Merchant Onboarding, KAM/BD, Rider Ops, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Support other QA, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
