Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. seeks an analytical professional to support Quality Management Systems and fraud analytics within the Shopee operations ecosystem. The role focuses on maintaining SOPs, calibrating scoring, and monitoring quality performance across service providers.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of experience in fraud analysis, QA, or operations analytics, with strong Excel/Sheets skills and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in fraud analysis, risk, quality assurance, or operations analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with sound judgment handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the QMS framework.
• Run regular calibration sessions for fair scoring.
• Monitor quality performance across providers; report trends and corrective actions.
• Maintain SOPs and control documentation.
• Analyze orders, payments, vouchers, and delivery data to identify fraud patterns.
• Build dashboards and reports for fraud KPIs and control effectiveness.
• Investigate suspicious cases and recommend actions.
