Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Email/Chat Support Agent to handle customer inquiries through email and live chat platforms. This is a non-voice role, making it ideal for applicants who prefer written communication. Training will be provided, so this position is newbie-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
• Resolve customer concerns and issues through written communication
