We’re Hiring: Purchasing Specialist

Pampanga, Metro Manila, Philippines | Full-Time | Hybrid (3-4 days / week onsite)

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Purchasing Specialist. In this role, you will provide essential support to the purchasing team, ensuring the seamless and efficient procurement of goods. The Purchasing Specialist will be responsible for various tasks, including order processing, vendor communication, and documentation management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently in line with business requirements.
• Ensure all purchase orders are completed in accordance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, pricing queries, and product availability.
• Monitor open purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate supplier information, pricing records, and purchasing data within internal systems.
• Update and maintain purchasing documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and supplier correspondence.
• Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies, invoice queries, and order-related issues.
• Support inventory availability by monitoring supplier lead times and highlighting potential supply concerns.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to support purchasing and supply chain activities.
• Prepare routine purchasing reports and maintain procurement records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support supplier onboarding and documentation requirements where necessary.
• Assist the Purchasing Team with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.

• Evaluation of vendor performance based on factors such as on-time delivery, product quality, and responsiveness to inquiries.
