Job summary

OX Tools is seeking a motivated Purchasing Specialist to support our procurement team in Manila. You will process orders, liaise with suppliers, and maintain purchase records to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

You will manage vendor communications, monitor lead times, prepare routine reports, and help with onboarding and documentation. The role rewards accuracy, collaboration, and integrity within a dynamic global brand.

Responsibilities

• Generate and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently in line with business requirements.
• Ensure all purchase orders follow company policies and procedures.
• Liaise with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery schedules, pricing queries, and product availability.
• Monitor open purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Maintain supplier information, pricing records, and purchasing data in internal systems.
• Update purchasing documentation including orders, invoices, contracts, and supplier correspondence.
• Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies, invoice queries, and order-related issues.
• Support inventory availability by monitoring supplier lead times and potential supply concerns.
• Communicate with internal departments to support purchasing and supply chain activities.
• Prepare routine purchasing reports and maintain procurement records for audit and compliance.
• Support supplier onboarding and documentation requirements as needed.
• Assist the Purchasing Team with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
