Job summary

MICRODATA SYSTEMS AND MANAGEMENT, INC. is hiring a Purchasing Clerk in San Juan City to support the Sales Team with procurement tasks and supplier coordination.

You will canvass materials and equipment, process purchase orders, grow the vendor list, pursue accreditations, and negotiate costs and payment terms to ensure timely and cost-efficient sourcing for the Sales Team, while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Willing to work in San Juan City.
• Preferably 1-4 years' experience in clerical work.

Responsibilities

• Canvass materials, equipment, stocks for the Sales Team for biddings.
• Process Purchase Order.
• Grow existing list of vendors and process accreditations.
• Negotiate cost of products and/or services being sourced and payment terms.
