Job summary

Toyota Santa Rosa, Laguna, Inc (TSR) is seeking a Purchasing Assistant who will support procurement activities and supplier management. The role requires a college graduate with a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience.

On-site work in Santa Rosa, Laguna is required, with focus on purchase orders, vendor accreditation, and documentation. The successful candidate will negotiate costs, analyze data, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while adhering to company policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Business Administration/Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of procurement processes: supplier sourcing, vendor accreditation, PO processing, documentation.
• Experience in price negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier relationship management.
• Familiar with inventory control and contract management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Must be willing to work on-site in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
