Job summary

Toyota Santa Rosa, Laguna, Inc is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support payroll and HR operations in our Santa Rosa office. The role requires a college degree and hands-on payroll experience, with emphasis on attendance, government-mandated benefits, and employee records.

The successful candidate will work on-site in Santa Rosa, Laguna, with exposure to HRIS and payroll systems such as Sprout HR, and should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Requires college degree in Psychology or HRM.
• 1–2 years payroll experience preferred.
• Registered Psychometrician preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, attendance, government-mandated benefits and employee records.
• HRIS/payroll system familiarity (Sprout HR an advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job description

Candidate must be a college graduate of BS Psychology or BS Human Resource Management.

Preferably with at least 1 to 2 years work experience in Payroll.

Being a Registered Psychometrician is preferred.

Knowledgeable to payroll processing, attendance management, government-mandated benefits and employee records.

Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems such as Sprout HR is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be willing to work on-site in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
