Job Description

Responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials and services required for the company's daily operations. Ensures adequate stock levels, negotiates with suppliers to obtain the best value, and manages the procurement process from canvassing and purchase order preparation to delivery coordination and payment monitoring. Maintains supplier relationships, updates requesting departments on procurement status, ensures the safety and organization of the stockroom, safeguards confidential information, and performs other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
