Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with Operations Management or Supply Chain focus.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management abilities.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented with strong business acumen.
• Willing to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sourcing, price reviews, and procurement for indirect materials, services, and projects.
• Manage end-to-end buyer functions: PR/PO, supplier accreditation, bidding, negotiation, awards, and contracts.
• Identify and develop reliable suppliers and expand the supply base.
• Lead supplier performance improvement focusing on safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to enhance efficiency and continuity.
• Maintain supplier databases, purchasing records, and reports; coordinate with regional offices.
• Drive continuous improvement of purchasing processes and systems.
