Job Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing the company’s procurement and sourcing strategies.
• Lead, guide, and mentor junior buyers and purchasing staff to ensure compliance with established procurement procedures and standards.
• Accurately and efficiently review, process, and manage purchase orders and requisitions.
• Assess supplier performance and contribute to strengthening and maintaining long-term vendor partnerships.
• Support initiatives to reduce costs and participate in negotiating favorable terms and pricing with suppliers.
