Job summary

Asia Pacific Medical and Diagnostics, Inc. is seeking a proactive Purchasing professional to coordinate with the Purchasing Head, manage materials procurement, and safeguard company assets in daily operations at our Makati office.

You will help formulate policies, build a capable Purchasing Team, oversee asset repairs, budget inputs, and participate in annual budgeting while ensuring quality assurance across purchasing activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Purchasing Head regarding suppliers and purchasing of materials needed for the job.
• Maintains and updates inventory of company assets records.
• Formulates and implements policies and internal controls in all purchasing activities.
• Builds a dynamic, efficient and professional Purchasing Team for day-to-day operations.
• Acts on behalf of Management in monitoring and safeguarding company assets.
• Recommends approval of purchase requests and orders.
• Oversees construction and repair within the company premises.
• Provides essential information in budget preparation activities.
• Participates in annual budgeting and formulation.
• Implements rules and regulations to achieve department goals and objectives.
• Participates in all quality assurance activities.
