Job summary

Jardine Distribution, Inc. is seeking a procurement professional in Makati to secure quotations from diverse suppliers, prepare and issue Purchase Orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• At least 2 years of procurement/supply chain experience.
• Knowledgeable in construction and safety requirements with strong analytical, listening, verbal and communication abilities and computer skills.
• Willing to work in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in securing quotations from various suppliers based on the Purchase Requisition submitted from different departments.
• Ensures that all goods and services purchased/obtained are of quality/best value with suppliers of good service/deliveries.
• Ensures that all major suppliers shall go through an accreditation process and periodic performance evaluation.
• Preparation of Orders (PO) and ensured that all PO issued by the company are done in the system, controlled and authorized.
• Assists in monitoring that all stocks/services are being delivered by the suppliers/providers.
• Assists in application of CAIP with the FPA and other agencies in related to importations.
• Assists in coordinating with authorized brokers with regards with our incoming shipments/ stocks.
• Assists in updating Suppliers Portal and other schedules such as reconciliation of PO balances vs supplier records.
• Ensures that all PO are properly monitored and reconciled.]

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
