Responsibilities
Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
Canvas and negotiate with suppliers to obtain optimal value on duly approved requisitions.
Prepare and execute plans from sourcing and payment to delivery of equipment, services, and supplies in coordination with key stakeholders (i.e., accounting, drivers, suppliers)
Ensure that quarterly consumables are replenished.
Monitor deliveries and receipts from branches
Secure all invoices, delivery receipts, OR/CR needed to process payments, and close transactions.
Ensure that the accuracy and quality of supplies are within company standards.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
Assist the procurement manager with issues such as expediting deliveries, researching inquiries, receiving, and/or pricing issues.
Work with management to complete duties as needed.
