oIdentify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate terms of agreements, including pricing, delivery timelines, and quality of goods.
oMaintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration and resolve any issues related to supply delays or quality concerns.
oCollaborate with department heads and project managers to identify purchasing needs and forecast inventory requirements.
oCreate and manage purchase orders and ensure that requisitions are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
oNegotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the most favorable terms.
oMonitor market trends to source products that meet the company's budgetary constraints while maintaining quality.
