Responsibilities
Accurately receive and log details of all incoming deliveries (products, quantities, and any discrepancies) Transfer Out for warehouse return and defective stock withdrawal for direct delivery suppliers
Processing of goods return
Enter data into SAP or database in a timely and accurate manner
Verify the received goods against purchase orders, sales invoice, and shipment documents
Ensure the correct Pick List and allocation of products
Communicate with the purchasers regarding any discrepancies or issues with incoming deliveries
Prepare and maintain accurate records of Sales Invoices, Receiving Reports, Purchase Order, and Inventory updates
Assist in organizing and storing received products in the appropriate areas of the warehouse
Perform regular checks to verify that received items match the ordered items in terms of quantity, quality, and specifications
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding delivery receiving and data entry
Support in inventory checking and assist with inventory counting when required.
Report any damaged or incorrect deliveries to management for further action.
Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time, in support of departmental goals and overall company operations
