Job summary

Philteq Enterprise Incorporated is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage and optimize stock levels across all storage locations in Quezon City. The role requires a background in accounting or related field and hands-on experience with warehouse management processes.

You will maintain accurate records, run audits, analyze discrepancies, and collaborate with Warehouse, Product Manager, and Finance teams to implement improvements and system upgrades.

Qualifications

• College Degree holder / College Level — preferably with accounting background.
• Experience in inventory & warehouse management or related role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records across all storage locations.
• Develop and implement standardized inventory control procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Perform inventory audits to ensure proper inventory control at Warehouse (Floors and Brands Assigned).
• Investigate and determine the causes of irregularities and errors.
• Utilize system reports and knowledge of warehouse activities to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Propose solutions to the Warehousing Supervisor regarding all issues relating to inventory.
• Support the implementation of the inventory-related system upgrades and process improvements.
• Directly reports to the Warehouse Head and provides regular updates on inventory status, audit results, and process improvement initiatives.

• Ability to work independently and proactively identify areas for inventory process optimization.
