Qualifications

• Familiar with System Application Usage.
• Amenable to work in a warehouse, shifting schedule and can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily transactions in picking and confirmation.
• Checks and extracts data with a delivery schedule from SAP and uploads to INFOR.
• Processes all orders for picking and invoicing within the day for next-day delivery.
• Provides instructions to Warehouse Team on priority delivery orders.
• Coordinates with CSD, Transport and Warehouse Team on orders with special instructions.
• Checks with Warehouse Team on picking and replenishment status.
• Coordinates with IM Team for stock changes affecting processing.
• Checks minimum expiry date before picking and confirmation.
• Responds to queries from all departments.
• Coordinates with IT regarding system problems.
• Coordinates with Transport on delivery instructions and dispatch cut-off times.
• Assists in monthly KPI report preparation and other duties as assigned.

Job description

The Warehouse Management System Operator is responsible for monitoring daily transactions in picking & confirmation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Checks and extracts data with a schedule for delivery from SAP and uploads to INFOR.




• Processes all orders for picking and invoicing within the day for next-day delivery.




• Provides instruction to Warehouse Team on the priority delivery orders that need to be picked.

• Closely coordinate with CSD and the Transport and Warehouse Team on the processing and handling of orders with special instructions.




• Checks with the Warehouse Team on the status of picking and replenishment of stocks.




• Closely coordinate with IM Team for any Physical/System stocks changes/updates and problems that may take effect on the processing.

• Checks the minimum required expiry date of the stocks before picking and confirmation.

• Answers to queries of all departments.




• Coordinates with IT regarding system problems.




• Coordinates with the transport section on the following concerns:

a.) Delivery instructions for orders that have to be delivered to a specified address.

b.) Delivery instructions of orders that have to be delivered at a specified date.

c.) Dispatch cut-off time of different delivery areas

• Assists in the preparation of the monthly KPI Report and performs other functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
