Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a warehouse/inventory staff to support receiving, storage, and delivery operations. You will organize stock, update records, and coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and Warehouse teams.
A candidate with basic Microsoft Office skills, willingness to perform warehouse tasks, and strong attention to detail is preferred. Honesty, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are valued.
Assist in the receiving, checking, unloading, and proper storage of incoming stocks and deliveries.
Organize, arrange, label, and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse stocks and storage areas.
Assist in the physical handling, lifting, moving, loading, and unloading of products, equipment, spare parts, reagents, consumables, and other inventory items.
Monitor stock levels and update inventory records, stock movements, issuances, transfers, and returns.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and report any discrepancies, damaged items, expired products, or stock-related concerns.
Prepare and organize items for delivery, transfer, customer release, or warehouse distribution.
Assist in coordinating deliveries and ensure that the required delivery documents are complete and properly acknowledged.
Prepare, check, and maintain invoices, delivery receipts, collection receipts, inventory records, and other operational documents.
Perform data encoding, filing, scanning, photocopying, and other basic administrative and documentation tasks.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly inventory, delivery, sales support, and operational reports.
Coordinate with the Sales, Accounting, Technical, Warehouse, and other concerned departments regarding inventory, deliveries, documentation, and operational requirements.
Ensure the proper handling, storage, and safekeeping of company products, inventories, documents, equipment, and other assets.
Follow established warehouse procedures, inventory controls, safety practices, and company policies.
Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of company records and operational information.
Report inventory discrepancies, delivery concerns, damaged items, and other operational issues to the immediate supervisor.
Perform other administrative, warehouse, sales support, delivery, and operational duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
College level, senior high school graduate, or vocational graduate are welcome to apply.
Willing to perform warehouse operations, including lifting, organizing, and moving stocks.
Willing to assist in inventory monitoring, stock receiving, warehousing, and delivery operations.
Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate records.
Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Flexible, hardworking, and willing to perform administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
With a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
