Job summary

Aidea in Metro Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Proposals and Contracts Specialist to support the team in preparing pre-qualifications, proposals, and contracts, ensuring timely submission in print and digital formats.

You will collaborate with Client Engagement Managers, Studio Project Managers, Corporate Communications, Business Administration, and subconsultants, reporting to the Proposals/Contracts Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Understanding of project typologies, scopes of services, and deliverables in architecture, interior design, EGD, and VDC.
• Knowledge of procurement and contract-related processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Positive, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Acrobat, and Adobe Creative Suite (CS6 preferred).
• Ability to handle confidential matters related to clients, projects, and fees.
• Understanding of corporate branding in both image and behavior.
