Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in business, funding, grant, or similar proposal development.
• Background in AEC, engineering, architecture, construction, environmental consulting, or professional services is preferred.
• Excellent written English, editing, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and collaboration tools such as Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or Gemini for research, drafting, editing, or content development.
