Responsibilities

• Prepare concept plans, 3D renderings, and detailed design documents.
• Produce precise construction drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, ensuring all details are clear and buildable.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to align on technical specifications and feasibility.
• Conduct pre-construction site assessments to evaluate conditions and gather essential data.
• Visit project sites during construction to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with design, quality standards, and timelines.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and project resources, ensuring alignment with the project budget.

• Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely procurement of materials and resources.
• Work with the Marketing department to align project aesthetics with branding and promotional strategies.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to streamline project execution and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
