Job summary

MC GEOMETRIC PROPORTIONS INC. in the Philippines seeks an Experienced Project Architect to oversee architectural site implementation and support design development. You will produce designs and ensure works align with plans, specs, quality standards, schedules, and procedures.

The role requires 3–5 years in architectural design and site execution, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office. Willing to travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; Licensed Architect preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and site implementation.
• Ability to independently prepare designs, drawings, and documents.
• Experience in vertical or horizontal construction is a plus.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural designs, plans, and detailing.
• Supervise and monitor architectural works at the project site.
• Review drawings, submittals, and architectural details.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers, QS, consultants, subcontractors and clients.
• Monitor progress and resolve site issues.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Assist in turnover, punch listing, and close-out documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and ISO procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural designs, plans, and detailing.
• Supervise and monitor architectural works at the project site.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and architectural details.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Engineers, QS, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and resolve architectural site issues.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare accomplishment and progress reports.
• Assist in project turnover, punch listing, and close-out documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO procedures.

• Strong coordination, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites and travel as required.
