• 5+ years' experience in proposals/bid/tender coordination.

• Sound knowledge of structure and format of proposals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Collaborative, proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in proposals, bids or tender coordination (construction or industrial services preferred).
• Willing to work on a hybrid set-up in Alabang, Muntinlupa for 6-month fixed-term role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination, development, and delivery of high-quality tender and proposal submissions.
• Manage bid clarifications, addenda, and post-tender submissions; coordinate client responses where required.
• Develop and manage end-to-end proposal schedules; ensure milestones and submission deadlines are met.
• Coordinate inputs from Pre-Contracts, commercial, operations, HSEQ, HR, and subject matter experts to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Lead the development of core proposal content, including project narratives, CVs, organizational charts, and case studies.
• Ensure all submissions meet branding, quality standards, and client requirements and are submission-ready.
• Support the collation and integration of pricing documentation; align between commercial and technical submissions.

The Proposal Manager (fixed-term) role delivers a defined improvement project aimed at strengthening Altrad's tendering capability. The role works closely with internal stakeholders across the business to ensure submissions are compliant, compelling, and aligned with both Altrad's brand and client requirements.

Job Descriptions:

• Capability Statements: Refresh, update, standardise capability statements across Altrad's service lines to ensure current, consistent and market-ready information.
• Tender Portal Library: Review and restructure the tender portal library, including templates, the photo library, the underlying folder architecture, to improve accessibility and version control.
• Stakeholder: Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement across tender portals.
• Content Governance: Establish naming conventions, filing standards, a maintenance schedule to keep the library current beyond the project term.
• Reusable Content Bank: Develop a library of pre-approved boilerplate responses to accelerate future tender turnaround.
• Lead the coordination, development, and delivery of high-quality tender and proposal submissions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in proposals/bid/tender coordination.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or any related field
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Sound knowledge of structure and format of proposals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe
