Scope:
Identify and evaluate relevant tender and bidding opportunities from various platforms and sources.
Monitor and track bid outcomes, and provide post-bid analysis and feedback.
Analyze tender documents, requirements, and evaluation criteria.
Coordinate with internal departments (technical, legal, finance, etc.) to gather required information.
Prepare, format, and submit complete, compliant, and compelling bid proposals.
Ensure all submissions meet client specifications, deadlines, and internal quality standards.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of bid inputs.
Support contract negotiation and clarification phases, as required.
Attend pre-bid meetings and clarification sessions when necessary.
Ensure compliance with procurement laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all bids, documentation, and communications.
Contribute to the improvement of proposal templates and bidding processes.
