Job summary

Altrad Pacific Shared Services Inc is seeking a Proposal Manager to support the Strategy & Growth team by preparing, coordinating and delivering high-quality tender and proposal submissions. The role interacts with internal stakeholders to ensure submissions are compliant, compelling, and aligned with Altrad’s brand and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in proposals/bid/tender coordination.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in structure and format of proposals; experience with pricing integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage APAC tender inbox, registration, distribution, tracking, and timely client responses.
• Coordinate inputs from Pre-Contracts, commercial, operations, HSEQ, HR, and subject matter experts.
• Lead development and submission of high-quality tender and proposal documents.
• Develop end-to-end proposal schedules and ensure milestones are met.
• Maintain proposal libraries, templates, and knowledge management systems.
