Key Job Responsibilities

• Physical barcode tagging of items identified as rotating and fixed assets.
• Posting Asset receipts in Maximo, ensuring item details accuracy and correctness based on released Purchase Order.
• Verifies/Checks items/materials are intact, in good condition and reports of any defects (prepare all necessary reports and documentation related thereof).
• Updating the item location, accountability assignment, status and type of asset in Maximo System.
• Safekeeping and management of approved Asset Accountability Form.
• Preparation of documents and report as required by Accounting Section pertaining to Asset management.
• Participates and support audit activities both specific to assets and warehouse operation.
• Coordinates with the Warehouse Team for the handover of inventory items received.
• Assist in warehouse physical inventory counts.
• Assist and support any Grantor's (LRTA) activities such as inspection, return, and hauling of various assets as directed by the Asset Supervisor.
• Conducts proper housekeeping and observes company rules and regulations.

Experience

• With at least one to two years experience in Asset/ Material Warehousing Operations

Education

• College Graduate of at least 4-years course, preferably Business Management, Accounting Graduate (no license required), IT related course Graduate.
