Job summary

Light Rail Manila Corporation is seeking an Asset/Inventory Clerk to manage asset tagging and verification in the warehouse. You will post receipts in Maximo, ensure accuracy against purchase orders, update asset details, and support asset audits.

The role requires 1–2 years in asset or material warehousing and a 4-year college degree (business, accounting, or IT-related). It involves on-site work with strict compliance to company rules and procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Asset/Material Warehousing Operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

• Tag rotating and fixed assets with physical barcode labels.
• Post asset receipts in Maximo based on released Purchase Orders.
• Verify items are intact and report defects with required documentation.
• Update item location, accountability, status and asset type in Maximo.
• Safekeep and manage Asset Accountability Forms.
• Prepare reports for the Accounting section on asset management.
• Support asset-related audit activities.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Team for handover of received inventory items.
• Assist in warehouse physical counts.
• Support LRTA Grantor activities such as inspection and hauling of assets as directed.
• Conduct housekeeping and follow company rules.
