Job summary

Light Rail Manila Corporation is seeking an Asset/Facilities Assistant to manage assets within the Maximo system and support warehouse operations in Pasay. You will tag assets, post receipts, verify condition, and update locations and accountability.

Responsibilities include supporting asset audits, coordinating with the Warehouse Team, and assisting LRTA activities. A 4-year degree and 1–2 years in asset/warehousing are preferred; no license required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Asset/Material Warehousing Operations.
• College graduate from a 4-year course (Business, Accounting, IT related) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Tag assets in Maximo and ensure accuracy of item details.
• Post asset receipts in Maximo against released Purchase Orders.
• Verify assets are intact and report defects; prepare related reports.
• Update asset location, accountability, status and type in Maximo.
• Safekeep and manage Asset Accountability Forms.
• Prepare documents for Accounting related to asset management.
• Support asset and warehouse audit activities.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Team for asset handovers.
• Assist in warehouse physical inventory counts.
• Support LRTA activities such as inspection, return, and hauling as directed.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and follow company rules.
