Role Description

The Property Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig. This role is responsible for promoting and selling Ortigas Land’s residential and commercial properties, assisting potential buyers in identifying suitable units, and guiding them through the entire sales process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property tours, responding to inquiries, preparing sales documentation, and maintaining accurate records of leads and clients. The Property Specialist collaborates with internal teams to stay updated on project details, pricing, and promotions, and actively participates in marketing and sales events. The role requires consistent on-site presence in project locations and sales offices to ensure timely and professional customer service.

Qualifications
