Ortigas Land seeks a Property Specialist to drive high-value residential and commercial sales, acquiring premium clients and delivering end-to-end relationship management. Based at our Estancia Offices/Malls, you will represent a 95-year legacy of premier urban developments.

You will provide tailored investment advisory, perform yield projections, and oversee post-sale support to secure long-term partnerships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in high-value real estate sales or related advisory.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Real Estate; PRC license is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth and corporate clients across residential, commercial, and land developments.
• Advise clients on property inventory, yield projections, and market trends through presentations and site tours.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and drive repeat business through post-sale support and referrals.
