Role Description

The Property Specialist International role is a contract position based in Central Luzon, Philippines, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site client meetings and office activities with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential buyers, presenting property offerings, conducting site trippings, and guiding clients through the full sales process from inquiry to closing. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, responding to customer inquiries, and providing after-sales support to ensure a positive client experience. The Property Specialist International will also prepare sales documentation, coordinate with internal teams to process transactions, and participate in sales events, trainings, and marketing campaigns to achieve individual and team targets.

Qualifications
