Job summary

AboitizLand is seeking a Property Specialist in Cebu City to promote and sell its properties. You will engage clients, conduct site tours, and guide them through the required documentation to close sales.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in real estate sales, hold relevant licenses, and are comfortable with digital selling and lead generation. Fresh graduates may be considered after assessment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in real estate sales (for Sr. Property Specialist)
• Updated PRC Real Estate Salesperson license and DHSUD license required
• Digital selling and online marketing experience preferred
• Fresh graduates may apply for assessment

PROPERTY SPECIALIST

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Aboitiz Land properties
• Advertise Aboitiz Land properties through digital marketing, booth manning and other effective strategies
• Provide excellent customer services to clients by assisting them during site tours, helping them process and complete their required requirements and documents
• Source leads and constantly update their status.
• Establish, build, and grow connections/networks.

Qualifications

• At least 2nd year college level (with 72 units minimum)
• At least two years of Real Estate Sales Experience for Sr. Property Specialist
• With updated PRC Real Estate Salesperson and DHSUD Licenses
• Knowledge and experience with digital selling is preferred
• Driven and enthusiastic Fresh Graduates are welcome for assessment
