Job summary

Ayala Land is a leading developer of upscale properties seeking dynamic sales professionals to market and sell its properties across multiple channels in the Philippines. You will source clients, build relationships, and keep clients updated on market conditions and requirements.

The role emphasizes networking, presentation skills, and the ability to meet sales targets, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives. Laptop ownership and strong self-learning ability are preferred.

Job Description:

• Marketing, promoting, and selling Ayala Land properties through various channels, including ads, booth mannings, open houses, and participation in marketing initiatives.
• Sourcing potential clients and cultivating lasting relationships with them.
• Building and maintaining a strong social and professional network.
• Providing clients with timely updates on market conditions, prices, legal and/or documentary requirements, and other related aspects.
• Representing the company in International Roadshows
• Meeting required sales targets

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course (with Diploma and TOR)
• Applicants with at least 72 units in college/university may be considered
• At least 2 years of sales-related work experience. (Fresh graduates are welcome if highly networked and/or motivated.)
• Owns a personal laptop and/or desktop
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
• Problem-solving abilities and team player
• Driven to excel and capable of self-learning
• Digital marketing knowledge is a plus
