Job summary

Urban Deca Homes is seeking motivated and results-driven Property Specialists to join our sales team. You will guide clients through purchasing affordable, high-quality residential properties, build client relationships, conduct site viewings, and present financing options.

You will manage lead generation to turnover, collect documents, and provide end-to-end post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and referrals. Training and commissions are part of the package.

Qualifications

• College Graduate or College Undergraduate (must have completed at least 2nd year of college).
• Prior experience in real estate sales, customer service, insurance, or direct sales is preferred but fresh graduates/entry-level applicants with strong potential are welcome.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in social media marketing (Facebook Marketplace, TikTok, Instagram) and basic digital sales tools.
• Attitude: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, highly disciplined, and driven by financial success.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, generate, and qualify potential buyers for Urban Deca Homes projects.
• Conduct detailed property briefings and guide clients through physical or virtual site viewings.
• Educate clients on payment schemes, reservation fees, equity structures, and loan processing requirements (Pag-IBIG Fund, Bank Financing, In-House Financing).
• Collect, verify, and assist clients in completing required reservation documents and account clearances.
• Provide end-to-end assistance and maintain post-sale communication to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat referrals.
• Participate in sales drives, booth Manning, property expos, and online digital marketing campaigns to expand client reach.
