Qualifications

• Experience in real estate appraisal, mortgage, title, or property data support
• Fluent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Complete data entry for desktop and hybrid property valuation files from an assigned order queue
• Research subject properties, parcel/APN numbers, ownership records, and property characteristics
• Pull and identify comparable sales from client databases
• Enter key comparable sales details, property attributes, and neighborhood value ranges
• Verify data accuracy and completeness before review
• Maintain a 24-hour turnaround on daily file volume
• Flag discrepancies or missing information to supervisor
• Keep file status updated in the workflow queue for the review team
• Communicate progress and blockers to the internal team
