REMCO BPO CORPORATION is seeking a proactive Strata Officer / Property Administration Officer in the Philippines to support property and strata management activities. You will work with managers, tenants, landlords, contractors, and the sales team to ensure accurate handling of documentation, billing, invoices, and tenancy records.
Responsibilities include lease administration, coordinating repairs, and maintaining organized property files with timely processing of invoices and levies.
We are seeking a proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and highly communicative Strata Officer / Property Administration Officer to provide administrative and operational support for property and strata management activities. The successful candidate will work closely with Strata/Property Managers, the Sales Team, tenants, landlords, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure property-related tasks, documentation, maintenance, billing, accounts, levies, invoices, and tenancy records are handled accurately and efficiently.
Assist with lease preparation, renewals, and tenancy documentation
Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and follow-ups with contractors and relevant stakeholders
Provide administrative support to Property/Strata Managers and the Sales Team, including documentation, filing, scheduling, and data management
Liaise professionally with tenants, landlords, contractors, property managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders
Handle communications through phone, email, and other communication channels while providing excellent customer service
Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date property files, tenancy records, and related documentation
Process and maintain property-related accounts, billing, levies, and invoices accurately and on time
Prepare, review, record, and track invoices and billing documents
Monitor outstanding invoices, levies, and payments and follow up with the appropriate parties when required
Coordinate property inspections, appointments, access arrangements, and follow-ups
Previous experience in strata management, property management, real estate administration, leasing, or a similar role is preferred
Experience working with Australian property or strata processes is highly advantageous
Hands-on experience processing accounts, billing, strata levies, invoices, payments, and related financial records
Strong understanding of invoice processing, account tracking, and billing administration
Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to keep multiple properties, accounts, invoices, and records organized
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial and property-related information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills and professional telephone/email etiquette
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to identify issues and follow up on pending tasks without constant supervision
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, property management systems, accounting systems, CRM, or similar platforms
