Job summary

Scale Up Philippines is hiring a Commercial Support Executive to work with a UK-based property management and hospitality company. The role centers on performance reporting, data analysis, property listings, commercial administration, and client support preparation.

You will collaborate with the UK commercial team, Revenue Manager, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate reporting, onboarding, and go-live tracking. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with OTA platforms are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with Pivot Tables, Lookups and forecast models.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written English with high attention to detail.
• Ability to review data for inconsistencies and learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly property performance reports (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, bookings, forecasts).
• Build and maintain property listings across OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia).
• Maintain listing content, rates, calendars, amenities and channel information.
• Manage property pages on the direct booking website and ensure accuracy before sharing externally.
