Job summary

Scale Up Philippines is hiring a Commercial Support Executive for a UK-based property management and hospitality company. The role supports the commercial team through property reporting, data analysis, listing management, client onboarding, and administrative tasks.

You will prepare weekly and monthly property performance reports, manage listings on multiple channels, and maintain accurate property data. On-site in Bulacan with hybrid work setup and UK office hours / PH time.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and lookups.
• Excellent written English.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly property performance reports.
• Manage and update listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate commercial trackers and property data.
• Support client onboarding and documentation.
• Assist with reporting, forecasting, and general commercial administration.
