Job summary

Scale Up Philippines is hiring a Client Services & Revenue Support Assistant for a UK-based property management and hospitality company. The role focuses on managing listings, monitoring occupancy, and generating performance reports to optimize revenue.

You will work with property owners and guests, ensuring pricing accuracy and listing integrity while aligning work hours with UK business times.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in property management, short-term rentals, hospitality, travel, or e-commerce operations.
Hands-on experience with Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify, or similar PMS platforms.
Experience managing Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo, or similar OTA extranets.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
Good understanding of occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and pricing performance.
Excellent English communication skills.
Willing to work full-time onsite aligned with UK business hours.

Responsibilities

Handle enquiries from property owners and guests via email and messaging channels.
Manage and optimize property listings across OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo, etc).
Track occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, and property performance.
Prepare owner and internal performance reports.
Update pricing, minimum stays, promotions, and availability based on revenue strategies.
Maintain accurate records in PMS, CRM, and internal trackers.
Support onboarding of new properties and direct booking website updates.
