Qualifications

• 2+ years in property management, hospitality or similar work.
• Familiar with PMS and booking platforms like Airbnb/Booking.com.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent English communication and attention to detail.
• Must be willing to work full-time onsite.
• Comfortable with a UK-aligned shift.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest and property owner enquiries.
• Update listings, rates, availability, and property details across booking platforms.
• Assist with property performance reports and pricing checks.
• Maintain accurate PMS, CRM, and internal records.
• Support new property setup and general administrative tasks.
