Job summary

Scale Up Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Property Client Support & Revenue Assistant for onsite work with a UK-aligned shift. You will support property owners and guests, manage OTA listings, and assist with pricing and revenue updates while maintaining accurate CRM/PMS records.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in property/hospitality/operations, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and excellent English communication. Familiarity with PMS/OTA platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant property, hospitality, travel, or operations experience.
• Experience using a PMS and OTA platforms.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent English communication and attention to detail.
• Willing to work onsite on a UK-aligned schedule.
• Experience with pricing/revenue tools (PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond, ClickUp, Asana, HubSpot, or WordPress).

Responsibilities

You’ll support property owners and guests, maintain OTA listings, assist with pricing and revenue updates, monitor property performance, and keep CRM/PMS records accurate. The role involves platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and Vrbo, as well as reporting on occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and booking performance.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of relevant property, hospitality, travel, or operations experience
