Job summary

Good Life Property Management is seeking a remote Property Onboarding Coordinator to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new properties and to serve as the primary contact for homeowner associations.

You will handle activation and cancellation of utility services, assist the Leasing Department with overflow tasks, manage calls and emails, and enter data into management systems while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate or property management or strong admin background.
• Proficient in G-Suite applications and property management software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps.
• Remote work eligibility: 8:30-5:00 PST.
• Annual pay shown in ad: $18,720.

Responsibilities

• Front line for tenant calls and email inquiries.
• Escalate calls to the appropriate internal resource.
• Manage general email mailboxes.
• Collect HOA governing documents for new and existing properties.
• Establish utilities for new properties and cancel when needed.
• Enter new properties into management systems.
• Perform clerical and data entry tasks.
• Assist Leasing Manager with overflow tasks.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
