Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Property Manager to support HOA and condominium communities remotely. This role will serve as a key contact for board members, homeowners, and vendors, ensuring compliance and a high standard of service.

The position is remote, part-time with a flexible schedule, requiring some weekend availability for community meetings or urgent matters. Ideal candidates have strong organization and communication skills, and experience managing multiple communities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience managing or supporting HOA or condominium communities is required.
• Hands-on experience with HOA/community rules and compliance, violation tracking and enforcement, HOA financial administration and reporting, maintenance and vendor coordination, and board meeting support and administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for HOA/board members and residents.
• Prepare for board meetings with agendas, materials, minutes, and action items.
• Track board decisions and follow up on open tasks and resolutions.
• Maintain organized records of communications, contracts, and community documents.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor bids for board review.
• Ensure timely follow-up on homeowner, board, and vendor requests.
