Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and direct HOA/Community activities.
• Enforce community rules and regulations.
• Attend to unit owners' concerns and inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the project.
• Handle collection of HOA dues and bank deposits.
• Improve risk management for the Condo Corp/HOA.
• Prepare reports on daily activities.
