Job summary

Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our commercial and office properties in Metro Manila. You will implement standards, supervise maintenance, and coordinate with staff, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.

The role includes budgeting for operations, maintenance, and capital expenditures, ensuring timely billing and financial reporting, and maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
• Must have 4+ years in property management with supervisory to managerial experience.
• Strong background in operations, finance, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
