Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of our commercial/office properties in Cavite City. The role emphasizes strong leadership, budget oversight, and a client-focused service mindset.

The ideal candidate holds licensure as an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer, with at least four years of property management experience, and demonstrates excellence in stakeholder engagement and financial stewardship.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
• At least four (4) years of relevant experience in handling a property, with proven supervisory to managerial experience.
• Strong background in operations management, financial oversight, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in both verbal and written English.
